IMPRINTING COST (TO
BE ADDED TO HAT PRICE) AND DESCRIPTIONS
SCRIPT EMBROIDERY:
Add $3.24 for up to 15 letters in continuous, handwritten form.
Requires 2-4 weeks production time.
COMPUTER EMBROIDERY:
Minimum 6 dozen (less than minimum, add $25.00 to order). Add $15.00
per dozen to cap price for up to 3000 stitches in standard
typestyles. For special type or designs, submit artwork for
quotation. Up to 9 colors can be embroidered. Add $1.80 per 3000
stitches per dozen for gold or silver metallic thread.
TRANSFERS FOR FELT HATS:
On felt hats add $1.08/dozen plus $100.00 set-up (or $40.00
reorders) for black or white ink, plain block type, printed in a
three square inch area on felt hats.

IMPRINTED PAPER BANDS FOR SKIMMERS:
Add $.72 / dozen plus $75 .00 set-up for 1/2" type one color on
white or Red/White/Blue Band. Add $.84 / dozen plus $125.00 set up
for special type, logos, or type over 1/2" high. Add $.84 /
dozen, plus $160.00 set-up for reverse print or two colors. Add
$25.00 per color for PMS color ink.
YOU MUST SPECIFY ON
ORDERS:
1. Imprinting method (Screen, Plastisol, Sublistatic, Puff)
2. Color of imprint.
3. Color of cap (Order "Assorted" or specify color).

1. Locate proper box for 1, 2, 3 or 4 color printing.
2. Locate your quantity on left side

SPECIAL COLORS:
Request quotation for custom imprint colors.
ART CHARGES:
To "clean up" or separate colors, add $15.00 per
color. There is NO charge for art if camera ready art is supplied.
$10.00 set-up charge for typesetting if camera-ready art is not
supplied. SAMPLE POLICY: Sample with random imprint is available at
no charge. Custom printed sample with your customers imprint
requires a $30.00 per color deposit, to be credited against invoice
if order is placed.
